The Cock Inn, Stanton
​The Cock Inn is a sixteenth century pub close to the centre of Stanton. It is open from Tuesday to Thursday from noon till 3pm and 7pm till close. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday it is open from noon till close. It is not open on Mondays. The Cock Inn is a typical village pub, with three real ales, a range of lagers and a cider on tap. If hungry, there is a wide variety of pub grub available at reasonable prices. Must warn you that the portions are large!
The White Horse, Badwell Ash
​The White Horse Inn in the centre of picturesque Badwell Ash, is the winner of the Suffolk Food & Drink Pub / Bar of the year award 2024. It has two distinct bars, the main bar and a lounge bar, both are warmly decorated and cozy with log burners. A wide variety of drink options are available. The Stable Restaurant provides a menu with locally sourced fresh ingredients. It has an excellent reputation for food; the Sunday roasts are especially popular. If you decide to take your well-behaved dog, they too are given their own Sunday roast!


The Bull Freehouse, Troston
​The Bull is located in the small village of Troston. Originally a farm, it was converted into a pub with its own brewery in 1801. In its present guise it opened in 2020. It is a popular and thriving pub with a good reputation. Apart from featuring its own brewed beer, there is a fantastic selection of wines and spirits. Aside from a cozy bar and restaurant area, there is a beautiful garden with a dining terrace. The Bull provides a seasonal menu using fresh ingredients locally sourced


The Leaping Hare, Wyken Vineyard
The Leaping Hare Restaurant at Wyken Vineyards is housed within a four-hundred-year-old converted barn. The décor is both tasteful and romantic. During warmer months there is a delightful outdoor seating area; very nice on a warm summers evening!
The restaurant is open on Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday daytime, and on Friday and Saturday daytime and evening. Well worth combining a visit with the farmers market on a Saturday morning
